NC State Investment Fund
The NC State Investment Fund is a governmental not-for-profit organization established in 1998 which began operations in April 1999 as a separately incorporated external investment pool for the University’s Endowment Fund and other university-associated entities’ endowed funds
The university and associated entities have unique cash needs. There is not one commingled fund to invest in, compared to the endowment or the ITF fund, rather, investing options are made available to choose from.
On September 26, 2013, The Park Foundation (Donor) pledged $50 million, at the time the largest single contribution in NC State’s 126-year history, to permanently fund the university’s prestigious Park Scholarships program.
Planned Gifts allow alumni and friends of NC State to make a larger investment in the future of the university that they may have thought possible. The Office of Gift Planning will work with you to meet your goals and establish your legacy.
